Oakland Bay Area Links honors young women during 54th annual cotillion

From the Globe News Desk

The Oakland Bay Area Chapter of The Links Incorporated — an international volunteer, service and philanthropic organization dedicated to community outreach — hosted its 54th annual cotillion on Dec. 19 at the San Francisco Hilton. The event recognized high school seniors for academic, community service and leadership achievements. Twenty debutantes, their escorts and their families were honored for their positive contributions.
