Richmond Police Activities League treats 200 kids to pancake breakfast, shopping spree On Saturday, the Richmond Police Activities League hosted a pancake breakfast and shopping spree for 200 local youth. Each child teamed up with a police officer and spent $100 on presents for themselves, their friends and their families.
