Neverland Ranch carnival ride featured at Alameda County Fair
“We’re too big for this!” But it didn’t matter. The three were having a great day at the fair and said it meant a lot to be able to experience one of the rides that was once housed at Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch. Butler Amusement, who provides the rides for the annual fair, offered free rides on the Balloon Samba through the July 4th weekend to support the memory of the music icon, who died unexpectedly June 25.
“It was real sad” to hear the news said the 35-year-old Pleasanton resident who grew up in what is now the Czech Republic, listening to Jackson and his brothers. “I feel sorry for his family.” When Diane Stell, 53, disembarked from the ride, she too reflected on the life of “The King of Pop.” |
