Volunteers needed for Hilltop Mall Book Blast

Volunteers are needed to read books to children on March 6 at Hilltop Mall’s third annual Book Blast, which focuses on improving youth literacy. Books to read include “Curious George 2: Follow that Monkey,” “Olivia Acts Out” and “SpongeBob SquarePants.” 

Volunteers are asked to give an hour of their time, from noon to 1 p.m.
